What you’ll do
The successful candidate will be a member of the Investment function helping LCM Partners to achieve its deployment and investment return goals. You will be assisting with both secured and unsecured portfolios and be fully involved in the entire lifecycle from origination to closing, including analysis, due diligence, pricing, presenting to the Investment Committee and transaction execution.
More specifically, as an Investment Manager you will:
- Investment Analysis:

- Conduct detailed data and financial analysis to support portfolio reviews and investment evaluations
- Build and maintain cash flow and pricing models to inform investment decisions
- Perform scenario planning and statistical analysis on prospective investment opportunities
- Analyse portfolio performance data and integrate insights into future pricing strategies and investment decisions
- Prepare, develop, and present well-reasoned investment proposals for internal review and approval
- Transaction Execution:

- Coordinate and support due diligence processes, including information gathering and analysis
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel on the preparation, negotiation, and review of transaction documentation
- Contribute to the assessment and implementation of optimal transaction structures
- Business Development and Deal Origination:

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities by fostering relationships with advisors, banking partners and other market participants
- Conduct market research and strategic analysis to support expansion into new sectors or geographies
- Analyse potential acquisitions or strategic corporate initiatives, preparing supporting material and recommendations
- Manage the business development pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination with Managing Directors
- Provide analytical and strategic support for broader business development initiatives
What you'll bring

- University degree, ideally in finance, accounting, investment analysis, financial management or statistical analysis; additional relevant qualifications (e.g., CFA) a plus
- Minimum of five years’ experience in credit investment or a related field
- Fluency in German and high proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and advanced Excel skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively within a team
