What you'll do

From day one you’ll be fully involved within the Asset Management team and the Investment function, helping LCM Partners to achieve its investment goals. You’ll manage specific projects and tasks in the following areas: 

  • Management of servicing partners doing the workout of non-performing assets purchased by the fund including compliance with the business plan
  • Monitoring the different servicing strategies followed in each portfolio and proposing new processes to improve performance
  • Review asset performance data, analyse and draw conclusions, and manage the implications as appropriate
  • Reviewing and discussing portfolio performance with Servicers monthly including documenting any actions
  • Complete annual audits on the Servicer and provide appropriate feedback for the Investment Committee
  • Manage more junior colleagues, share the skills and knowledge, assist in training and mentoring. 

 

Moreover, you will have an opportunity to assist the business in the following areas:

  • Building relationships with our captive and external servicing providers with a focus on collection performance
  • Complete Due Diligence on new potential servicers to consider not only their service delivery but approach to compliance and the customer journey
  • Data analysis for investment review of portfolios and their performance
  • Assisting in portfolio and transaction structure reporting to third parties

 

What's required

    • Minimum 5 year’s prior experience in an equivalent role within a Servicer, a professional services firm, investment or asset manager with a credit focus or investment banking
    • Experience with research and portfolio experience, including servicer due diligence
    • Experience of detailed analysis and decision making
    • University graduate, preferably with a specialisation in finance, accounting, investment analysis, financial management or statistical analysis
    • Demonstrated ability to deal with a volume of queries and multi-task across geography and servicers
    • Very good interpersonal skills to facilitate accurate and professional communication at all levels
    • Microsoft Office, particularly Excel to an advanced level
    • Written & spoken English to a high standard
    • Good knowledge of one of the European languages would be an advantage: Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Polish or French
